Purpose

To provide updates in diagnostics and treatment of health care problems affecting Trauma Patients. 

Target Audience

Physicians, nurses, residents and medical students who have experience in the area of trauma.

  1. Identify key steps of the coagulation system.
  2. Review the effects of tranexamic acid within the system.
  3. Understand appropriate dosing and application of tranexamic acid.
