
Shift Work Disorder
The purpose of the Pulmonary Critical Care Conference is to provide current information regarding challenges in caring for the hospitalized patient. The series is held monthly and presents a clinical topic or vignette from a pulmonary care case.
All HIPAA rules and regulations apply.
Target Audience
Physicians, nurses, and other interested health professionals involved in the care of the patient with pulmonary disease.

- Define and discuss pathophysiology of shift-work disorder (SWD).
- Recognize the common symptoms of SWD.
- Discuss common adverse sequelae of SWD.
- Discuss therapeutic modalities for SWD.
