The General Surgery Didactic Program is an addition to Mercy Medical Center's expansive general surgery exposure. A wide variety of general surgical and subspecialty training is administered within the tertiary care facility and is taught by fellowship-trained faculty.

Intended Audience

Nurses, physicians, surgeons, residents, medical students, and other interested health care professionals.

Learning Objectives

1. Understand topics surrounding peripheral vascular disease.
2. Discuss carotid disease and corresponding landmark trials.
3. Discuss abdominal aoritic aneurysm and corresponding landmark trials.
