Dr. Fran Vlasses and Dr. Aaron Michelfelder will present the challenges and rewards of a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)-funded project to transform clinical practice into an interprofessional model at Loyola University Chicago. 

A question and answer session will follow the webinar presentation.

Objectives

  1. Understand the Loyola model for interprofessional transformation at clinical practices
  2. Outline tips for managing challenges, human resources and system dynamics during IPECP implementation
  3. Consider opportunities for applying the Loyola IPECP model at other institutions and using partnerships to maximize its success
  4. Showcase how National Center resources can be used to support IPECP transformation
