Target Audience
Faculty members in the Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) program.
Course Description
This brief course examines the fundamentals of teaching and learning in online learning environments. Faculty members in the Department of Public Health are expected to teach courses that are entirely online. Teaching in an online learning environment requires thoughtful planning regarding instructional methods, technologies, student engagement, and course management. Completing this course provides DPH faculty with the foundational knowledge needed to effectively address each of these items.

- Effectively design and develop a hybrid course.
- Effectively teach in a hybrid learning environment.
