Christopher Nelson, D.O.
Dr. Nelson’s practice focuses on reconstructive surgery of the adult hip and knee. In addition to hip and knee replacement, he has expertise in complex joint replacement, revision joint replacement, hip resurfacing, hip arthroscopy, and other hip preserving procedures. Dr. Nelson also has interests in sports related injuries, knee and shoulder arthroscopy and musculoskeletal trauma. Dr. Nelson is a 2004 graduate of Des Moines University and completed his orthopedic residency at Michigan State University, Garden City Hospital.
Dr. Nelson has indicated he is a consultant for DePuy/Mitek.
