Exercise and Fatigue

We will address what “fatigue” is and how it differentiates from other constructs such as tiredness, lethargy, asthenia, etc. In addition, the potential mechanisms of fatigue will be addressed, including influences of the central nervous system and effects at the level of the muscle tissue.
