- Identify the protean manifestations of celiac disease and how they may present to the clinician.
- Understand the testing utilized to screen for and diagnose celiac disease.
- Recognize the management plan for a patient with celiac disease but at the time of diagnosis, and in follow-up.
- Appreciate the conditions that are associated with celiac disease.
