Assessing threats of self-harm involves examining immediate risks, underlying factors, and triggers. By considering the individual’s mental state, history of self-harm or suicidal behavior, and conditions such as depression or anxiety, we can develop strategies to ensure their safety and well-being.

  2. Practice effective communication strategies for discussing sensitive issues related to self-harm.
