Des Moines University faculty, staff, and students.

Purpose

The purpose of this seminar is to introduce Community Health Partners (CHP) and the collaborative work being done around community health initiatives in the state and how CHP works to connect clinic to the community as a HUB entity. 

Speaker

Trina Radske-Suchan, PT, CSCS, FMSC
Executive Vice President and Chief Health Office, Community Health Partners

Trina oversees the operations of the company including physical and aquatic therapy services, chronic disease management programs, health coaching, and community / corporate health initiatives. She focuses her time and continued education on the needs of aging communities, community health and population-based healthcare.
