Each table will complete an analysis of the CHS's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). Large flip charts will be provided at each table for recording discussions. Finally, we’ll reconvene together for a time of sharing and go around the room to discuss highlights from each table.

  • Use two self-assessment tools to learn more about your own natural leadership style.
  • Create an interest in growing the LEaD Program for students, staff, and faculty at DMU.

Self-Care for the Caregiver

  • Describe the differences between stress and burnout.
  • Identify at least three factors that contribute to burnout.
