The letter verifies that the course is considered continuing education and is not eligible for a grade or academic transcript from Des Moines University. A transcript is not available from the registrar's office. 

The individual is responsible for including a copy of their certificate of completion with this letter. This letter is invalid if a copy of the certificate is not included in the submission.
