This session features experienced preceptors sharing practical insights, challenges, and lessons learned from clinical teaching in real-world healthcare settings. Participants will explore strategies for orienting learners, providing meaningful feedback, and balancing educational responsibilities with patient care demands. The discussion will offer practical approaches that support learner development while maintaining an efficient clinical workflow.
