Purpose
This conference will provide valuable education to clinicians, caregivers, and administrators who are responsible for the care of adults who have mental and physical disabilities. There will be a special emphasis on the challenges of behavioral health management in long-term care settings.

The Iowa Veterans Home is at 1301 Summit Street, Marshalltown, Iowa. Individuals should enter at the West Entrance, west of the corner of 13th Street and Summit. On the map below, this is shown as Independence Road. Go to the far north end of the entrance road and turn right into the large parking lot. The conference will be held in Whitehill Auditorium (Building #10 on the map). Handicapped parking is available across the street south of the cottages (#11), in the southeast corner of the lot immediately north of the cottages (#11), and in the gift shop parking lot.
