At-Home Services and Care for Seniors

Individuals don't have to live in a WesleyLife Community for Healthy Living to access our broad network of in-home services. Families are often surprised that an organization with 12 communities offers many ways to support their loved one in their homes as well! WesleyLife at Home offers integrated solutions designed to support the health and well-being of older adults in their own homes. What's more, our focus on well-being is designed to enhance the independence of those we serve — to help them live their lives the way they want to.

Personalized Adult Day Program for Seniors

WesleyLife adult day services ensure individuals who need assistance and involvement during the day receive support in a safe environment while caregivers are at work or tending to other obligations.

Adult day services are available for those 45 and older who would benefit from social interaction and involvement with other adults. This includes individuals with memory loss, mobility challenges or other health concerns. Team members work closely with each adult day participant and their family members to create a personalized program. This approach creates an enriching environment for each participant we serve – an environment where they're able to live a life of purpose and meaning. Our team members take time to get to know participants on an individual basis, discovering their special interests, supporting them in their challenges, and encouraging independence in mind and spirit.
