Communication and personality styles continue to be a topic of interest to people. For those who have not learned about the DiSC approach, this will be a great introductory session.

Attendees will be asked to complete a mini-DiSC assessment prior to the session to identify their DiSC style and read a nice article that connects DiSC styles to communication styles and habits.

The session will provide an overview of the DiSC styles. This information will support and inform discussion (and reflection) intended to help employees identify their unique communication styles based on DiSC categories.

By learning to recognize and adapt to different communication styles, participants will gain a better understanding of how to work with others, leading to more effective collaboration.
