Thank you for participating in the DMU Research Symposium on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at Des Moines University. You are now able to access your certificate of participation by logging in to your DMU CME account. To access your certificate, please follow the steps below.

• Log in to your DMU CME account.
  • Your username is the email address that you used to register for the activity.
  • If you do not remember your password, you're able to request a new one by clicking on the "Request New password" tab.
• After logging in, you should be directed to your "my account" page. You may also select the "my account" button at the top right-hand corner of the webpage.
• Select the "my activities" tab.
• You should see a list of the learning and/or teaching activities you've completed through DMU CME. From there you are able to download a copy of your certificate or transcript.
