DMU Medical Terminology Course
The DMU Medical Terminology Course is a four-hour introductory course that provides a foundation in medical terminology and helps learners build confidence in understanding and using medical language. Participants will learn the basic structure of medical terms, including roots, prefixes, and suffixes, and will practice recognizing and interpreting terminology related to various body systems and common conditions. The course will also help learners use medical terminology accurately in written and oral communication and improve their understanding of medical documentation and communication within healthcare settings.
