Core Physical Therapy

We get to the CORE issues of your pain.

  1. Understand Your Pain
    • Your Core Physical Therapist takes the time to get to know you and your unique situation in a private treatment room.
  2. Assess Your Body
    • Through our hands-on assessment, we can quickly identify where pain may be coming from and start treatment immediately.
  3. Create a Personalized Treatment Plan
    • Based on your situation, we will create a treatment plan to manage or completely treat your pain.

We are experts in Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release therapy, and we use them in almost every therapy session. These hands-on therapy techniques utilize soft touch and gentle manual interventions to help treat both chronic and acute pain.
