Purpose

The Iowa Association of Pathologists Biennial Meeting serves as the main gathering for pathologists in Iowa to come together every other year to continue learning as a group. The mission of the meeting is to provide physicians with accurate and current information in the healthcare space, specifically related to the field of pathology, as well as find ways to improve patient care and public health.

Learning Objectives

  1. Discuss common challenging scenarios in the diagnosis of prostate cancer in biopsy.
  2. Apply the new diagnostic criteria and grading approaches for intraductal neoplasia.
  3. Review reporting of prostate cancer elements in biopsy specimens.
