Webinar Description

AAHC’s report, Academic Health Centers and the Social Determinants of Health: Challenges & Barriers, Responses & Solutions, will be released on Wednesday, March 18, and will identify many of the barriers to addressing social determinants of health, while proposing a variety of solutions, focusing in particular on the role of academic health centers working in collaboration with other stakeholders.
 
Dr. Roth will give an overview of the report and a brief history of the AAHC Social Determinants of Health Initiative, followed by presentations from experts on SDOH.  This will be followed by a Q&A and discussion session with the speakers, where participants will have the opportunity to submit questions online and via Twitter.
